If you’d bothered to check the minimum requirements of developing iOS apps, most people are saying you’ll need a few good ideas, an iPhone, and a Mac. Maybe you already have a good app idea, but spending thousands of dollars on Apple equipment is the most common factor why developers choose to abandon iOS platform before they even get started. Good news is, you are not alone. The vast majority of developers are using Windows-based systems. Officially, the software that you’re going to need for developing iOS apps is called Xcode and only runs on Mac’s operating system, OS X. Unofficially, there is a way to recreate the Mac environment on your Windows PC. This tutorial will show you how to install OS X on a Virtual Machine in Windows 10. Note: This guide may work on older Windows versions, but we only tested on Windows 10. Requirements • Windows 10 • 8GB RAM or more • Intel CPU • WinRar Note: This may not work on PC’s with an AMD CPU, but if you’re trying this on a Windows 10 Intel-based system it will work like a charm.
